Demand Detroit calculates shipping and handling fees based on not only the value of the product but also factors in the weight and the shipping method requested. To estimate shipping charges, simply choose your item and enter the shipping address into the shipping estimator.

We require that street addresses be provided to ensure proper delivery of your order. If you do not have a street address (i.e. PO Box), please contact Customer Care at (800)866-9189 or for assistance in placing your order.

Canadian and Internationally-Bound Shipments

Shipments bound for Canada or any country outside the U.S. and its territories may be subject to additional duty/tariff as they cross the international border. The duty/tariff is the responsibility of the purchaser and in no way is liable to disclose or pay these taxes. Return Process

Ship back the item(s) you would like to return per the instructions given to you by our Customer Care Department. To process your return quicker, please include in your return package:

  1. Complete the Return Form
  2. Order number and/or a copy of the packing slip
  3. Written reason for your return
  4. All returned items must be in original condition, unused and with original tags and packaging.
  5. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned/exchanged products.
  6. is responsible for shipping charges on re-shipment of exchanged products only.

We will reimburse the credit card you used to make your purchase for the price you originally paid for the returned item(s), less shipping. In most cases, the return credit will appear on your credit card statement in the next regular billing cycle. If the item(s) being returned was a gift, an online eGift Card will be issued in lieu of a refund. Returns made more than 30 days past the original purchase date will be honored with a eGift Card in lieu of a refund.
